What You’ll Do
- Answer phone calls, emails, and live chats to address any customer concern with the highest level of response and attention.
- Determine if a technical solution can be resolved over the phone; if not, immediately escrow to the shop foreman or service manager for prompt attention.
- Accurately record issues and data into the dealer management system; attention to detail is critical.
- Conduct transactions with the system, walk customers through corrections, and provide a summary.
