Supervise and direct a team of technical experts to ensure elevators, escalators, and moving walks are installed and upgraded according to the highest technical standards and regulatory requirements, optimizing functionality and enhancing customer satisfaction. 
Provide technical guidance to resolve complex issues on-site, coordinating closely with engineers and project managers to ensure timely resolution and compliance with safety and quality standards.
