Job description
The Service Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and scheduling service activities, ensuring smooth communication between customers, technicians, and management. This role involves handling administrative tasks, tracking service requests, and supporting the service team to deliver efficient and timely service.
Responsibilities & Duties- Responsible for processing customer enquiries through emails and phone calls
- Liaise with customers on their service enquiries
- Provide information in answer to inquiries about accounts, products and services to customers and must interact with them
- Generate sales from customers' enquiries
- Liaise with customers on fulfillment discrepancies
- Handle and resolve customer complaints concerning billing rendered or services
- Answer the questions of customers related to the services or products and the maintenance or operation of the organization
