Service Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Service Engineer to join our team at Genomax Technologies Sdn Bhd. As a Service Engineer, you will take full ownership of the lifecycle of our clinical and life science instruments, from installation and commissioning to long-term maintenance and troubleshooting. You will serve as a vital link between our advanced technology and the healthcare professionals who rely on it. This is a full-time position based in Bandar Puteri Puchong, Selangor.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Excellence: Lead the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and servicing of clinical and life-science instruments, including biochemistry analyzers and flow cytometry machines.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all service processes strictly adhere to GDPMD/MDA requirements and the company’s Quality and Regulatory Compliance Manual.
