We are seeking an experienced Service Manager with strong knowledge of industrial diesel power generation systems. This role oversees field service operations, supports technicians, manages customer schedules and expectations, and ensures high-quality repairs and maintenance on commercial and industrial generator sets. Responsibilities include supervising service personnel, coordinating parts and warranty support, maintaining safety standards, and driving continuous improvement in service processes and customer satisfaction. Experience with major generator brands such as CAT, Cummins, Kohler, Generac, MTU, Detroit Diesel or similar is strongly preferred. Candidates should have technical aptitude, strong leadership skills, and the ability to troubleshoot, plan, and communicate effectively with customers and teams.
