The Service Supervisor provides technical leadership and day to day management for aftermarket service delivery across Data Centre Customers in the UK & Ireland.

This role acts as the primary technical and customer contact interface for high‑profile accounts, ensuring safe, compliant, and commercially effective service execution. The position bridges customer engagement, technical decision‑making, operational leadership, and financial performance, enabling stable service delivery while supporting business growth and customer retention.
