Job Description
The Service Technician is responsible for the installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and technical support of healthcare automation system sat customer sites.
The role ensures equipment operates safely, reliably, and incompliance with regulatory and customer requirements, while delivering excellent customer service to hospitals, pharmacies, and healthcare institutions.
Key Responsibilities Project Implementation, Installation & Commissioning- Support Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) during new project implementation
- Carry out installation and commissioning of healthcare automation systems at customer sites
- Conduct customer operational training following installation
