**Job Qualifications:**
+ Previous manufacturing, mechanical, and/or mobile equipment operation skills a plus
+ Must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent
+ Ability to communicate effectively and interact as a team member.
+ Must be willing to work any and all shifts
+ Dependable and hard working
+ Able to identify opportunities to increase their skills
+ Detail oriented and high degree of self-motivation.
