ServiceNow Administrator

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day administration of the ServiceNow platform across production and non-production environments.
• Maintain the stability, availability, and usability of the platform by proactively monitoring system health and performance.
• Perform application maintenance, including performance monitoring, error identification, troubleshooting, and issue remediation.
• Manage platform incidents, investigate root causes, and coordinate timely resolution with development and infrastructure teams.
• Lead and support ServiceNow platform upgrade planning, execution, patch management, and post-upgrade validation activities.
• Administer instance security, including user, group, role, and Access Control List (ACL) management to ensure secure and compliant platform access.
• Perform platform configuration, access management, and routine administrative activities to support business operations.
