ServiceNow Event Management Developer

Required Skills & Experience

• 4 7 years of hands on ServiceNow development (ITOM)
• Strong experience with Event Management (mandatory)
• Experience with SteamConnect and Kafka event streaming
• Good understanding of:
• Monitoring and observability concepts
• Alert lifecycle and correlation
• JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting experience
• Experience with REST APIs and integrations

Good to Have

• ITSM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping
• AIOps / Alert Intelligence exposure
• Experience in large, regulated, global enterprises
• ITIL v4 certification
