ServiceNow ITSM Program Lead – SMO & Processes

HCLTech in Valencia is looking for a Senior ITSM Project Manager to ensure the effective delivery and continuous improvement of ITSM processes using the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will lead the design and implementation of key SMO processes, ensuring they are scalable and ITIL-aligned.

Successful applicants will demonstrate 8+ years in IT Project Management and extensive experience with ServiceNow ITSM solutions. This role requires excellent stakeholder communication and strong delivery ownership in a global, matrixed environment.
