Zenergy is partnering with a globally recognised food and beverage manufacturer to place an experienced SHE Manager at one of the company's most strategically significant production facilities in Australia.
This site operates as a critical node in the company's Asia-Pacific supply chain. It is a large, complex manufacturing environment with a strong continuous excellence culture built around TPM and LEAN principles.

THE ROLE
This is an embedded, operational leadership position. You will be based permanently on site, reporting to the Factory Manager with a dotted line to the Market/Business SHE Manager. You will carry two direct reports and will be expected to function as both the technical authority on SHE and the cultural driver for safety across the entire site.
