Overview
:We are seeking a highly versatile, professional, and self-motivated Shift Engineer to join a fast-paced production environment. This is a hands-on, site-based role supporting the smooth operation of a large-scale facility handling high-volume production.
This opportunity is particularly well suited to ex-military engineers and personnel, where discipline, reliability, strong technical aptitude, and a proactive approach are highly valued. In particular, this role would be an excellent fit for ex-Navy Marine Engineers, due to their experience working with complex mechanical and electrical systems, fault finding, and operating in demanding environments.
The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic engineering team responsible for maintaining plant machinery, utilities, and site infrastructure. This role requires strong fault-finding ability, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
