•Timely oversee the production line status(Tool, WIP...) and cooperate for best production performance (Output, cycle time...)
•Analysis production related data and provide strategy dynamically to achieve Prod. related KPI Goal
•Continuously improvement such as workload reduction Lost time RPT OI scheduling Q-time
•Leading operators to timely monitoring production status and feedback capacity issue.
•Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and provide guide line priority to be focused by a given timeline.
•Proven ability to accurately analyze and interpret data.
