Shift Supervisor
Report to: Operations
Type: Temporary
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
To ensure the effective recruitment, daily operation, and on-site management of staff in accordance with customer requirements, company policies, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), while maintaining compliance, accurate administration, and professional service delivery.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Recruit TES labour as required
- Ensure medical exams and renewals
- Conduct disciplinary hearings
- Verify timesheets accuracy
- Adhere to compliance focal points
- Inspect PPE store
- Maintain office environment
- Uphold professional conduct
