We are seeking a dedicated a hands-on Shift Supervisor to assume responsibility for the day-to-day supervision of production activities and relevant production employees at our Townsville site. Reporting directly to the Production Manager and working closely with the Site Manager and other relevant production, administration and maintenance staff, the ideal candidate will be action-orientated and have demonstrated leadership abilities to drive the achievement of company objectives for the Townsville site. This position requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic and a commitment to upholding our company values.
