Overview A shipping brokerage firm headquartered in Singapore is seeking an Operations Manager to join its Tokyo office (Chiyoda-ku) during its start-up and expansion phase.This role will be responsible for shipping operations across Dry Cargo / Dry Bulk as well as tanker segments, covering freight calculations, vessel operations management, and post-fixture operational handling.
