Job Description
Office Assistant / Office Boy
Job summary: Maintain cleanliness of workplace devices and furnishings, monitor exterior cleaners, make and serve tea and coffee to visitors and supervisors, prepare stationery for all stores and the head office, aid in board rooms to set up projector and laptop, file and declare documents as required by the department, and assist the receptionist, secretaries, or other administrative aides in executing their tasks.
