Job Description
MAM is looking for a Showroom assistant to take care of MAM's new showroom in Barcelona.
The showroom assistant will be the face of MAM's showroom. It will be responsible for customer service, showroom communication, greeting customers, answering questions about MAM products, helping customers find what they're looking for, and keeping the space clean and organized.
Responsibilities
- Arrange product assortment on showroom display.
- Maintain inventory levels of items and order to the logistic department when necessary.
- Provide information about the store's products and services to customers.
- Make minor repairs to damaged items or arrange repairs caused by specialized craftsmen.
- Organize fashion shows and other special events in the store's showroom.
