Responsibilities
- Greet customers as they enter the showroom and offer assistance with inquiries and product selections.
- Provide information about different tile products, their features, benefits, and pricing.
- Assist customers in finding specific tile designs, colors, and patterns that meet their preferences.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the showroom display area, ensuring that tiles are neatly arranged and properly labeled.
- Assist in receiving and organizing new tile shipments, ensuring that products are correctly labeled and placed on display.
- Regularly clean and maintain the showroom area, including tiles, displays, shelves, and customer seating areas.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
