Showroom Concierge & Customer Experience Lead

AGMC in Dubai is seeking a customer service host/crew for showroom and service centre operations. You will greet customers, manage calls, assist walk-ins, and help plan workshop capacity while ensuring a comfortable, well-supported experience.

The role requires at least 2 years in customer service, strong English communication, and a high school diploma or bachelor’s degree. You will liaise with Sales/Parts/Finance and contribute to customer growth and satisfaction.
