Job Description
Job Title: Showroom Manager – Residential Kitchens
Overview:
Responsible for managing the showroom, driving sales, and delivering high-quality kitchen design solutions from concept to installation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients, understand needs, and create tailored kitchen designs
- Develop and present design concepts, layouts, and material selections
- Drive sales from initial inquiry to closing deals
- Advise clients on materials, finishes, appliances, and accessories
- Coordinate with suppliers, distributors, and sub-distributors for sourcing
- Oversee order processing, production timelines, and factory quality control
- Ensure smooth project execution, including delivery and installation follow-up
- Maintain showroom standards, displays, and product updates
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business
