Job Description
The showroom sales supervisor is a customer-focused leader responsible for guiding a high-performing sales team in a premium showroom. This role blends sales leadership with product expertise, particularly in fabrics and upholstery, to help customers select options that meet style, comfort, durability, and care needs.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service by listening to needs, offering design recommendations, and presenting fabric options with confidence.
- Train new hires on product knowledge, sales techniques, showroom standards, and safety procedures; mentor ongoing staff development.
