Overview

The Site Acquisition Officer is responsible for identifying, negotiating, and securing suitable locations for the installation of telecommunications infrastructure such as cell towers, rooftop antennas, and other network facilities. This role ensures that all sites meet technical, legal, regulatory, and commercial requirements.

• Identify, negotiate, and secure suitable locations for installation of telecommunications infrastructure (cell towers, rooftop antennas, and other network facilities).
• Ensure sites meet technical, legal, regulatory, and commercial requirements.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Business, Real Estate, or Engineering-related course
• With or without experience (real estate or telco background is a plus)
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Knowledge of site leasing and LGU permitting processes is an advantage
