Site Construction Coordinator

Job Description
One of Insight Global’s major clients are seeking a skilled Site Construction Coordinator to support utility construction projects. Qualified individuals will be responsible for the following:

• Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for the site owner (if applicable), relaying concerns, or requirements to the Project Manager.
• Monitor and document daily construction progress, contractor performance, and material usage.
• Support the Lead Construction Inspector in maintaining construction documentation, such as daily logs, work verification forms, and photo records.
• Coordinate and track material deliveries to the jobsite, ensuring timely arrival and appropriate storage/handling.
• Route construction questions and field-generated RFIs to the Project Manager and/or Engineering team for resolution.
