Site Construction Manager

Represent Company towards other parties presented on construction site (Client, Local Authority, Contractors and Company's subcontractor). Develop a detailed construction work schedule aligned with the overall project and proposal timelines. Conduct technical reviews and evaluations of contractor proposals, preparing comprehensive Technical Bid Evaluations (TBE). Coordinate and contribute to the preparation phase prior to construction, including: Participating in the selection and pre-qualification of contractors. Preparing or updating work package technical documents for tender inquiries. Reviewing, assessing, and validating technical submissions from contractors to ensure compliance with project requirements and specifications. Monitor and control the construction activities and work performed by the Construction Supervisors reporting to him, and by the contractors.
