Job Description
* Experience working in client-facing roles, managing client expectations and needs.
* High comfort level interfacing A&E firms
* Experience providing conflict resolution.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
* Proven ability to lead and manage staff.
* Comfortable working in cross-matrix organizations comprised of client management, factory management, trade contractors, vendors and 3rd party representatives
Additional Details:
* This is an on-site position requiring work to be performed on site located in Chandler Arizona.
* Candidate must commute to site daily, Monday-Thursday during the project core hours of 6:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m., depending on workload, Friday site support may needed.
* Requires field mobility including walking long distances, climbing ladders, and navigating tight spaces.
* Minor travel may be required.
* Must pass background check and drug sc...
