Job Description
We are currently working with a highly regarded residential builder with a strong footprint across Sydney, particularly in the Eastern Suburbs. Due to continued project wins, they’re looking to bring on a Site Engineer to join a well-run Class 2 apartment project.
This is a great opportunity to step into a structured team with a solid reputation for delivering quality builds and retaining staff long-term.
The Role
You’ll be site-based, supporting an experienced Project Manager and Site Manager, and will take ownership of key engineering and coordination duties across the build.
Key Duties
- Coordination of subcontractors and daily site activities
- Program tracking and short-term scheduling
- Reviewing drawings/specs and managing RFIs
- QA documentation and compliance
- WHS support and site reporting
- Assisting with procurement and material call-ups
Requirements
