Site HR & Payroll Supervisor

Archipelago Builders Corporation is seeking a Site HR/Timekeeper to oversee HR tasks such as labor relations, timekeeping, payroll, and recruitment. The role requires strong organizational abilities and the capacity to work under pressure.

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's Degree and at least 5 years of experience in Human Resources, being amenable to work at project sites across NCR.
