Job Description
1. End-to-End Logistics Operations
Lead domestic transportation operations including milk runs, FTL/PTL/LTL movements, and multimodal logistics aligned with production schedules Ensure JIT/JIS adherence and seamless line feeding through close coordination with plant logistics Oversee cross-dock, consolidation hubs, and warehouse flows for optimal utilization and efficiency Drive exception management, TAT adherence, POD compliance, and damage control through RCA and corrective actions Manage EXIM operations end-to-end — customs clearance, documentation, freight coordination, and inland delivery Optimize mode mix (air/ocean/LCL) balancing cost vs urgency. 2. Stakeholder & Governance Management
