SyBridge Technologies is looking for a strategic leader to be their **Site Leader** for Mobility and Industrial Solutions at our two Mexico sites, Puebla and Queretaro, and report directly to the President - Mobility and Industrial Solutions.
As a key member of the senior management team, the **Site Leader** will set a strategic vision to drive profitability, produce high-quality products, and meet production goals to support growth. By setting clear goals for operations and growth, the Site Leader drives a continuous improvement culture, builds team engagement, and fosters strong followership. The Site Leader must maintain the highest level of integrity and lead by example in all areas.
This is a tremendous opportunity for the individual looking to drive operational excellence in a complex, multi-plant environment. **This role is based in Puebla but will require frequent travel to the Queretaro facility.**
