Maintenance of databases and tracking systemsWork with large amount of documents, including their compiling, procurement, processing, translation and filingCommunication with company departments and external partiesCommunication point for investigative sites participating in the clinical research projectsCoordination of site-specific query resolution, project training and access to vendor-related systems for site teamsReceiving and routing all mails and incoming callsAssistance with meeting arrangementsPreparation of draft agendas and minutes of project meetingsQualifications
