Our client is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join the Cape Town,
- Supervise daily on-site construction activities
- Coordinate subcontractors, artisans, and general labour teams.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Allocate tasks and monitor productivity
- Enforce compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and Construction Regulations
- Conduct toolbox talks and daily safety briefings.
- Ensure proper use of PPE on site.
- Report and investigate incidents and near-misses.
- Monitor workmanship to ensure compliance with SANS standards and project specifications.
