Job Description
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee interior fit out projects including residential F&B and retail spaces across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent site coordination skills and a proven ability to deliver projects on time and to the highest quality standards.
Job Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day site operations for fit out projects from mobilization to handover.
- Manage site teams, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure productivity and adherence to project timelines.
- Ensure all works comply with project specifications, drawings and UAE building regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality and safety compliance.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Designers, QS teams and Clients for smooth project execution.
