Job Description
The successful candidate will lead and organise, on a daily basis, a team of experienced site assistants to ensure a safe, efficient and effective learning and working environment for students and staff.
This position would suit someone with previous site management experience (experience within a school would be desirable) and knowledge of establishing and overseeing repairs and maintenance programmes. You will be a key part of our wider Estates team, responsible for building maintenance and ensuring high standards of compliance are maintained, liaising with contractors and supporting longer-term development plans.
The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting health and safety throughout the school so must have a good knowledge of relevant legislation and procedures as well as the ability to communicate effectively. This is a busy, active and hands‑on role, so the ability to manage your time effectively and work to deadlines is essential.
