Site Safety Supervisor (Renewable Energy-Solar) - HQ Based

The Site Safety Supervisor for Solar PV Energy Project Installation plays a critical role in ensuring the safety of personnel and compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations during the installation phase of solar projects. This position demands a strong commitment to safety, proactive risk assessment, and the ability to implement and monitor safety measures effectively. The role is project-oriented and requires a willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• To perform tasks assigned for commercial and industrial related to safety and health as below.
• Conduct drill training at the site.
• Conduct awareness training/toolbox at the site.
• Coordinate with the project team for CRR submission, weekly construction report.
• Conduct waste management issues.
• Submission of safety weekly and monthly report /NMPI, BBSQ/ Lifeline assessment.
