Pay: €45k - €65k negotiable depending on experience

Visa: EU passport or Stamp 4 visa required
Our client is one of Ireland's leading Building Contractors with a number of commerical projects in Dublin
Set out the works and ensure that foremen and operatives clearly understand the information provided
Disseminate information from drawings, specifications, etc. to foremen, operatives, subcontractors, so that they clearly understand what is required
Test materials as directed by your supervisor/line manager in accordance with the relevant specifications
Traffic management on site, being able to coordinate works within a busy location
