Looking for an exciting role in facilities management? We are seeking a proactive and experienced Mechanical and/or Electrical supervisor with Facilities Management experience to manage the maintenance activities across site to ensure a safe and compliant site. 


Based at our DM Beith office you will oversee the planned and reactive maintenance plus deliver additional works


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support the hard FM activities across single or multiple sites.

  • Monitor supply chain to ensure work activities are carried out safely. 

  • Review planned maintenance certification and raise remedial work orders, ensuring compliance.
