Location: East Grinstead
Working days: (Mon-Friday)
Working hrs:  till 5pm
Pay rate: £ per hour

As a Site Supervisor, you’ll take charge of the day-to-day management of our recycling centre, ensuring smooth, compliant, and efficient operations. Your core responsibilities.
Lead and motivate a team of employees and agency staff, helping them achieve their best.
Oversee daily operations, ensuring resources are used effectively and performance targets are met.
Maintain Health & Safety and environmental standards while adhering to company procedures.
Work closely with clients, customers, regulators, and the public to foster trust and collaboration.
