We are hiring a Finance Controller for a rapidly growing, venture-backed fintech company that is redefining financial services for consumers in India. This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys building processes from the ground up, driving financial discipline, and partnering closely with business leaders in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end accounting, controllership, and monthly/annual financial close processes
• Ensure accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, and audit readiness
• Strengthen internal controls, governance frameworks, and financial processes to support scale
• Lead external audits, due diligence exercises, and investor-related financial requirements
• Manage treasury operations, reconciliations, and cash flow reporting
• Partner with leadership teams on business planning, process improvements, and finance transformation initiatives
