Job Description
MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
·Inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing mechanical and electrical faults in electric bicycles.
·Repairs or replaces defective components such as motors, gears, bearings, brake assemblies, and electrical wiring.
·Servicing and replacing small electric motors, drive systems, controllers, batteries, braking, and transmission components.
·Conducting preventive maintenance, performance testing, and safety inspections;
·Utilizing specialized diagnostic tools and technical manuals to identify faults and implement corrective measures.
·Assembling, calibrating, and quality-testing electric bicycles prior to customer delivery.
·Testing and adjusting mechanical parts drivetrain (crank set, chain, and gears (e.g., a 7-speed Shimano shifter and derailleur) that transfer power from the rider's legs to the rear wheel.
