Responsibilities
- Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) for SMT, AOI, and Wave Solder processes
- Perform SMT programming for Juki & Panasonic machines (CM602 & NPM)
- Prepare and release loading lists prior to engineering builds
- Optimize SMT programs to improve cycle time and efficiency
- Conduct temperature profiling for reflow and wave solder ovens
- Support fabrication and buyoff for stencil, fixtures, and wave pallets
- Evaluate solder materials (solder paste, solder bar, flux) for engineering builds
