:Job Summary
To provide technical expertise and guidance on pharmaceutical packing machinery , ensuring optimal performance, compliance with regulatory standards, and continuous improvement in packaging operations at all sites of SGO.
Area Of Responsibility
1. Technical Expertise: Act as the go-to expert for all types of packing machines (blister, bottle, strip, sachet, cartonators, Vial filling, Tube filler, Pen device injectables etc.).
2. Troubleshooting & Support: Provide advanced troubleshooting for complex machine issues and support maintenance teams.
3. Process Optimization: Drive initiatives for efficiency improvement, reduction of downtime, and cost optimization.
4. Training & Development: Conduct training for operators, maintenance teams, and engineers on machine operation and best practices.
