Purpose of the position 1 , Yield improvement for critical process, include SMT and UF process; 2, Development and optimization of production management system; 3, Creation and validation of standardized  operating procedures; 4, Process development and troubleshooting; Duties and Responsibilities Develop and validate SMT stencil base on customer documents; Establish operation standards for each workstation,Improve training documents, analyze SMT defects through big data stratification, A nalysis of SMT process defect , identify root causes of issues, develop effective corrective actions, and timely report results to senior management and customers; Verify that the device parameters are defined to meet the customer requirements Trained operators to standardize processes; Propose new design concept solution and provide technical support for the MP issue fix; Education and work experience  :
