Qualifications and responsibilities for this SMT Process Engineering Manager position include:

7+ years of SMT process engineering experience, including 2–3 years in leadership or team lead roles

Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor process engineers and build a culture of continuous improvement

Hands-on expertise in solder paste printing, pick & place, reflow profiling, and inspection systems including SPI, AOI, and AXI
