Social Commerce & Livestreaming Officer

MAIN PURPOSE

Social commerce is transforming the digital retail landscape, with platforms like TikTok, Shopee, and other livestreaming & affiliate networks playing a crucial role in e-commerce growth. TikTok Shop has emerged as a key e-commerce driver, while Shopee continues to lead in livestream shopping and affiliate marketing across Southeast Asia.

We are looking for a creative, digital, social, and commerce-savvy individual to join Shiseido Indonesia as a Social Commerce Officer, responsible for leading multi-platform livestreaming and affiliate strategy across TikTok, Shopee, and other emerging e-commerce platforms.

Your role will be essential in expanding, managing, and optimizing these platforms to ensure commercial objectives such as GMV growth, engagement, conversion rates, and user acquisition are met across Shiseido’s beauty brand portfolio.
