Job Description
The Social Governance Manager (SGM) serves as the strategic head of the MinFor Project’s Social Governance Pillar, providing high-level oversight across Stakeholder Engagement, IP Partnership, and CEPA workstreams. This position is designed to ensure operational alignment and disciplined execution while maintaining consistent communication flow between field operations and Senior Management.
The SGM is responsible for maintaining total management visibility over field realities, stakeholder dynamics, and operational risks across the project’s 11 CADTs. By driving a culture of accountability and organizational transparency, the role ensures that all social governance units operate cohesively and proactively escalate critical issues that may impact project continuity.
