Job Overview

The Creative Producer & Strategist plays a pivotal role in shaping how the Daybreak brand shows up across social media and culture. This is not a traditional social media management role. We are looking for a creative operator who can develop original, repeatable content franchises, identify compelling narratives, and build a culturally relevant healthcare brand that resonates far beyond the sleep apnea category.

In this role, you will own the end-to-end content lifecycle, from concept development and production to publishing, performance analysis, and iteration. You will create and produce content, develop audience growth strategies, and use engagement insights to continuously refine Daybreak’s content engine. Your work will directly influence brand awareness, audience growth, and business outcomes.
