Job Summary

Guided by the individual’s priorities and goals, the Mental Wellness Coach contributes to the creation of an integrated, multi‑professional Life Redesign Plan by supporting the individual, advocating for solutions that address factors impacting their mental health, and serving as a coach, mentor, and teacher for individuals, families, colleagues, and co‑workers.

Job Requirements & Competencies
