Key Responsibilities
- Manage Salesforce user accounts, profiles, permission sets, and security access
- Perform daily Salesforce administration and maintenance activities
- Create and manage Salesforce sandbox environments for development, QA, and testing
- Promote code changes and updates between Salesforce environments
- Monitor workflow queues and automation processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve workflow-related issues
- Configure and maintain integrations with AWS Connect, ServiceNow, and Azure AD
